Payments

The online shop checkout is operated by Stripe, if you do not have a Stripe account you can check out as a guest by entering your card details. For commissions an invoice will be sent via email or a special listing can be made via the website if you prefer. A 50% deposit may be required before work is begun on your commission. Unfortunately I cannot accept cheque or payments over the phone. 

 

Lead times

The 'Ready to Wear' collection will take up to 2 week to ship. The high end pieces could take up to 4 weeks to ship as the gemstones are hand cut to order. Have a look at the policies page for information on payments and shipping. Everything is made from scratch with love so it is worth the wait. Husk Jewellery is a one man band so your patience is appreciated.

Shipping and Handling

For UK shipping I use Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class at a flat rate of £4.50. This takes about two working days to arrive. Worldwide shipping uses an International Tracked & Signed at a flat rate of £7.00. For Europe it should take 3-5 working days to arrive and worldwide 5-7 working days. All orders will receive a tracking number and confirmation once dispatched. Please be aware packages could be held up in customs in the recipient’s country. Although I cannot predict this or be held responsible for it, I will do what I can to help speed up the process. If you live in London I am happy to arrange collection in person which is a much safer and greener option.

Returns and Exchanges

Rings and bespoke Husk Jewellery pieces are final sale. If you are looking to buy a ring as a gift for someone be sure to find out their UK ring size first as not all my designs can be re-sized afterwards. There is more information about this on the FAQ page.  If you have further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch. Items from the 'Ready to Wear' collection can be returned within 14 days of purchase, and a full refund will be given if the item is in an unworn condition. If you damage your jewellery I am happy to repair for a small fee or advise. Please email me a photo with a detailed description of the damage and we can take things from there.

Husk Jewellery is currently a one woman show which means all of your jewellery is made with love and each interaction personal. I am grateful for each and every customer so aim to give the best service possible. I am usually quick to reach via email or Instagram direct message but do not advertise my address or phone number.
